Q: Can I pick up my order if I live in Los Angeles?
A: All orders placed online will be shipped. If you live in Los Angeles and would like to arrange pick up after your order is processed. TEXT (424)-998-9156
Q: How long is processing?
A: #TIMESMAYVARY. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of ONLINE ORDERS before shipping. Once processed, orders ship via USPS NEXT DAY PRIORITY.

Important Shipping & Processing Information
- Shipping delays: Once your order has been shipped, any delays caused by the carrier (USPS) are out of our control. For updates, please contact USPS directly.
- Business days: Our processing times do not include weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
- Holidays: Please allow for possible shipping delays during holidays.
- Shopify Installments: Orders made using Shopify Installments may require an additional 2-3 business days to process.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and unaltered.
