Q: How long is shipping?
A: #TIMESMAYVARY. Please allow up to 7-12 business days for processing of ONLINE ORDERS BEFORE shipping. Once processed, orders ship via USPS PRIORITY.
Please note: We do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.

I love a full look so I automatically want 4 bundles or more no matter what length i want. Since not every look requires that, here is my standard recommendation for purchasing bundles. Please purchase as you see fit.
14”-22”: 3 Bundles
24-28”: 4 Bundles
30” or more: 5 Bundles

Important Shipping & Processing Information
- Shipping delays: Once your order has been shipped, any delays caused by the carrier (USPS) are out of our control. For updates, please contact USPS directly.
- Business days: Our processing times do not include weekends. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
- Holidays: Please allow for possible shipping delays during holidays.
- Shopify Installments: Orders made using Shopify Installments may require an additional 2-3 business days to process.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and unaltered.
